An extended meeting of Transneft Services Consumer Council on the matters of Transneft activities was held in Moscow on the 20th of November, 2017.
Participating in the meeting from Transneft were: Maxim Grishanin, First Vice President, Sergey Andronov, Vice President, Eduard Fesenko, Deputy Vice President and Tender Department Manager. The event was also attended by the representatives of legislative and executive authorities, oil companies, research institutions, sectoral unions.
When opening the meeting, Yuri Shafranik, the Chairman of the Council, Union of Oil and Gas Producers of Russia (and the Chairman of the Consumer Council), noted a highly efficient effort of the Consumer Council and the level of interaction between the Company and the Council.
Delivering his report, Maxim Grishanin, First Vice President of Transneft, presented the information about the results of the company’s work in the past year and development prospects for the period till 2025. Sergey Andronov, Vice President of Transneft, reported on the development forecasts and strategy in the area of oil quality in the system of trunk pipelines. Eduard Fesenko, Deputy Vice President and Tender Department Manager, delivered his report “Procurement Activities of Transneft Group for Nine Months of 2017” at the Consumers Council meeting.
The Transneft Services Consumer Council positively assessed the Company’s activities in the mentioned areas.
The Transneft Services Consumer Council was established by the Government Commission on Fuel and Energy Complex and Energy Efficiency Enhancement in October 2014. The Council’s aim is to inform the Government Commission on FEC about the state of Transneft services consumers in regard to investment projects, programmes, and tariffs of the Company.
