NCSP Group (LSE: NCSP, MOEX: NMTP) informs that on 26 December 2018, the Plavdok str. No. 190 floating dock of Novorossiysk Shiprepair Yard Joint-Stock Company (belonging to NCSP Group) carried out the dock operations for floating out three vessels:
- the NSS-1001 tender;
- the Sam O’Cat motor ship;
- the Kirzhen BK-600 tug-boat (the 737K, L, M, P project).
The vessels were repaired to the extent required by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and the customer’s requests. Specialists performed repairs on the hull as well as on the rudder and propeller mechanisms, carried out piping works, cleaned and painted the hulls.
The NSS-1003 tending vessel was accepted at the dock for the purpose of cleaning and painting the underwater part of the vessel’s hull and presentation to Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. The Mars firefighting boat is staying at the dock as positioned after the rise, in order to complete the repair of the rudder.
Repairs of 14 vessels shall take place in 2019 (including ships belonging to NCSP Fleet according to the 2019 schedule, and the Knyaz Vladimir cruise ship).
The repair works were resumed by NSRY (Novorossiysk Shiprepair Yard) on 4 April 2018, nearly two years after their stoppage. 13 vessels in total were repaired in dock No. 190 in 2018. All the repair and maintenance works required to confirm the validity of the vessel class according to the mandatory list have been performed on the vessels, including works on the hull, the piping and the fittings, along with repair of outfitting elements, equipment, and vessel supply elements.
