Transneft (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is the world’s largest oil pipeline company, a natural monopoly transporting oil and petroleum products via trunk pipelines in Russia. It is controlled by the state and included in the list of joint stock companies of strategic importance.
The Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management owns 100% of Transneft’s ordinary voting shares.
The Company’s preferred shares are included in the Level One listing of the Moscow Exchange.
The purpose of the present section is to ensure that the right of shareholders, investors and other stakeholders to have free and unhindered access to information crucial for their making investment and management decisions is exercised fully.
The information which the Company is required to disclose as per the Regulations on Information Disclosure by Issuers of Securities No. 454-P dated 30 December 2014 shall be published in the Information Disclosure section.
