Basis for project implementation:
- The Treaty between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China dated 22 March 2013 on strengthening cooperation in the field of crude oil trading that envisages an increase in oil deliveries via the Skovorodino – Mohe oil pipeline:
– from 1 January 2015, by 5 MTPA of oil, compared to the existing volume (up to 20 MTPA);
– from 1 January 2018, by 15 MTPA of oil, compared to the existing volume (up to 30 MTPA).
- The agreement between Transneft and Rosneft on establishing the tariff for extension of the Skovorodino – Mohe oil pipeline.
Purpose of project implementation:
To ensure crude oil deliveries to the People’s Republic of China.
The project included revamping Dzhalinda delivery and acceptance point and the existing oil pumping stations along with increasing the tank farm capacity by 150,000 m3.
The project was implemented in 2017.
