The pension capital is based upon the reaching of the pension age and subject to length of work at Transneft system organizations during at least five years with income replacement from 8 to 11%.
Additionally, voluntary pension scheme is applied providing equity participation in the formation of the pension capital (from contributions of the employees and the employer).
