Housing support provided for the employees of the Transneft system organizations is performed both at operating facilities and as a part of investment projects.
The main forms are:
- provision of corporate housing under conditions of commercial rent, with partial reimbursement of expenses;
- issue of interest-free target loans;
- reimbursement of independent rent of housing by employees;
- housing construction in certain areas with undeveloped social infrastructure (Siberia and the Far East).
Corporate housing policy of the Company is developing in the following two directions:
- creation of conditions for workers of Transneft system organizations for living in the areas of employment with formation and use of housing stock not subject to privatization, for the period of employment;
- provision of support (assistance) to workers by purchasing into the ownership the residential premises in the Russian Federation.
