Trunk oil pipelines system development projects

Extension of ESPO PS on Tayshet PEPS – Skovorodino PS section to 80 MTPA

Project implementation objective - The increase of ESPO-1 pipeline system to 80 MTPA and ESPO-2 pipeline system to 50 MPTA to ensure export transportation of oil for export in People’s Republic of China, to Kozmino Specialized Sea Oil Port and to oil refineries of the Russian Federation (Rosneft Komsomolsk refinery, IPC Khabarovsk oil refinery, Eastern Petrochemical Company).

Extension of ESPO PS on Skovorodino PS – Transneft Kozmino Port section to 50 MTPA

Project implementation objective - The increase of ESPO-2 pipeline system throughput to 50 MPTA to ensure transportation of oil for export through Transneft Kozmino Port and to oil refineries of the Russian Federation (Rosneft Komsomolsk refinery, IPC-Khabarovsk refinery, Eastern Petrochemical Company).

Extension of Skovorodino – Mokhe oil pipeline throughput up to 30 MTPA

Project implementation objective - Ensure oil supplies to the People’s Republic of China.

Revamping of trunk oil pipelines for transportation of oil to Krasnodar Territory refineries

Project implementation objective - Ensure oil transportation by Transneft trunk oil pipeline system to Krasnodarsk Territory plants (Afipsky Refinery, Ilsk Refinery).

Yaroslavl – Moscow trunk oil pipeline throughput increase

Project implementation objective - The increase oil supplies to Gazpromneft Moscow Refinery to 12 MTPA.

Revamping of Kuybyshev – Tikhoretsk and Zhirnovsk – Volgograd trunk oil pipelines to ensure supply of 14.5 MTPA of oil to Volgograd Refinery

Project implementation objective - The increase supplies to LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka to 14.5 MTPA.

ESPO PS Komsomolsk Refinery oil pipeline branch

Project implementation objective - Ensure transportation of oil to Komsomolsk Refinery (Rosneft Komsomolsk Refinery) in the amount of 8 MTPA.

Increase of trunk oil pipeline throughput to 14 MTPA of oil to TANECO Refinery

Project implementation objective - Ensure supply of 14 MTPA of oil by the trunk oil pipeline system to TANECO Oil Refinery.

Increase of Usa – Ukhta and Ukhta-Yaroslavl trunk oil pipelines throughputs

Project implementation objective - Provide an intake of additional amounts of oil from Toman-Pechora Area to the trunk oil pipelines system.

CPC expansion project

The Tengiz ‒ Novorossiysk pipeline of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) is designed for the export of Russian and Kazakh oil via the CPC Marine Terminal.

Petroleum product trunk pipelines development project

YUG Project. Phase 1. Revamping of Tikhoretsk-Novorossiysk trunk pipelines

Project implementation objective - Ensure supply of 6 MTPA of diesel fuel by Tikhoretsk-Novorossiysk section to Novorossiysk Port.

YUG Project. Phase 2. Construction of Volgograd-Tikhoretsk PPTP (petroleum products trunk pipeline)

Project implementation objective - Ensure transportation of diesel fuel by Volgograd – Tikhoretsk pipeline section to Novorossiysk Port from oil refineries of the Russian Federation and enable the intake of petroleum products by railway transport.

Construction of Volgograd Refinery PPTP – Tinguta MPS section

Project implementation objective - Provide an intake of 4 MTPA of EURO-5 class diesel fuel produced by LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka to Transneft PPTP system.

Development of the trunk oil pipelines system to increase petroleum products supply to Primorsk Port up to 25 MTPA (Sever Project)

Project implementation objective - The increase of diesel fuel transfer to Primorsk Port up to 25 MTPA.

Revamping of trunk pipeline system to increase the amount of petroleum product transportation to Moscow Region

Project implementation objective - The increase of light petroleum product (motor gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel) transportation and extension of motor gasoline type range for consumers in Moscow Region.
